The office of Marilyn Premicias, 6th District Pangasinan representative, is dedicated to supporting students in achieving their educational goals through accessible and transparent scholarship programs. We aim to empower deserving learners by providing financial assistance, promoting academic excellence, and encouraging community service.
Our mission is to make quality education attainable for all—building a brighter, more equitable future one scholar at a time.
We Offer
The office of Premicias Agabas offers three scholarship programs
Tertiary Education Subsidy
- ₱20,000 per academic year (SUCs/LUCs).
- ₱27,000 per academic year (Private HEIs).
- Extra ₱10,000 for PWDs.
- ₱8,000 reimbursement for board takers.
Tulong Dunong Program
- ₱7,500 per regular semester.
- Eligibility based on income ≤ ₱400,000.
- Available for SUCs, LUCs, or Private HEIs.
Grant Assistance
- ₱5,000 one-time assistance.
- Priority: Non-scholar students.
